- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate others.
- Do not share or stream illegal, explicit, or copyrighted content without permission.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the app or other users.
Content Ownership and Rights
- You retain ownership of content you create and share on Blap.Live.
- By posting content, you grant Blap.Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content for service-related purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload or stream.
Virtual Goods and Payments
- Purchases of coins, virtual gifts, and other digital items are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
- BlapKash wallet activation requires a one-time $10 verification fee. This fee is non-refundable and used for security and fraud prevention.
- You may withdraw earnings as permitted by the app, subject to verification and applicable fees.
Termination and Suspension
- Blap.Live may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any behavior deemed harmful to the community.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Blap.Live is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
- Blap.Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
- Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of Blap.Live means you accept the new Terms.
